Ingredients

2 cups

elbow macaroni, uncooked

1 cup

2% milkfat low fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup

fat-free milk

1/8 tsp

pepper


Instructions

Step 1

Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.

Step 2

Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese, milk and pepper in blender until smooth.

Step 3

Drain macaroni; return to saucepan. Stir in cottage cheese mixture and VELVEETA; cook on low heat 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
