Ingredients
Gochujang Sauce:
3 tbsp
gochujang
1 tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tbsp
honey
1 tbsp
sesame oil
Fried Chicken and Velveeta Shells and Cheese:
Velveeta Shells and Cheese
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 lb
frozen popcorn chicken, cooked as directed
1 tbsp
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 tsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
honey
1 tsp
toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

green onions, sliced on the bias
Instructions
Step 1
Gochujang Sauce
In a small bowl, combine all the gojuchang sauce ingredients, set aside.
Step 2
Fried Chicken and Velveeta Shells and Cheese
Add the cooked popcorn chicken (fresh out of the oven) to a large bowl and drizzle with sesame oil and honey. Season with gochugaru and 1-2 tablespoons of gochujang sauce. Toss to coat.
Cook the Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to package directions. When you mix in the cheese sauce add 2-3 tablespoons of the gochujang sauce, garlic powder and stir to coat.
To serve the Shells and Cheese, top with seasoned popcorn chicken, a drizzle of gochujang sauce if desired, toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
