Ingredients

    Vegetable oil

    Chipolata sausages

  • 8

    Dinner rolls

  • 1

    Avocado, diced

  • 1

    Vine ripe tomato, diced

  • 1

    Baby cos lettuce, washed, leaves separated

  • 1/2

    cup

    Fountain barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook chipolatas for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through

  2. Step 2

    Heat dinner rolls in oven for 5-8 minutes or until warmed through

  3. Step 3

    Combine avocado and tomato in a small bowl

  4. Step 4

    Split rolls through the middle but not all the way through. Place lettuce in base and top with sausages, avocado and tomato. Drizzle with Fountain Barbecue Sauce and serve.
