Scalloped potatoes


Ingredients

    Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1

    Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1

    cup

    Milk

  • 1

    cup

    Cream


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Step 2

    Grease a 20 x 30cm ovenproof dish with butter and layer the potatoes alternately with the onion.

  3. Step 3

    Mix together the milk and cream with salt and white pepper and pour over the potatoes.

  4. Step 4

    Place in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
