Ingredients

1 ½ cups

Wattie's® Garden Peas

100 g

Feta

1/2 cup

Fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup

Greek yoghurt

2 Tbsp 

Olive oil (plus more for drizzling)

1 

Clove garlic

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

- 

Salt and pepper to taste

Toasted sourdough pieces

Crumbled feta

- 

A few mint leaves


Instructions

Step 1

Cook Wattie's Garden Peas according to pack instructions.

Step 2

In a food processor, combine thawed peas, feta, mint, yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper to taste, and blend again briefly.

Step 4

Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with crumbled feta and mint leaves. Serve with toasted sourdough pieces.
