Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Use two bowls for coating - the first for flour and cayenne pepper, the second for the Bull's-Eye Louisiana Chipotle with Cajun Spices hot sauce.

Step 3

Time to get stuck in. Coat the wings in the flour mix then generously dunk in the hot sauce.

Step 4

Grill the wings on an oven plate for 20 mins.
