centre-cut pork loin roast (4 lb./1.8 kg)

1 can

(14 fl oz/398 mL) whole berry cranberry sauce

1/2 cup

packed brown sugar


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Transfer meat to slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over meat. Cover with lid.

Step 3

Cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving cranberry sauce mixture in slow cooker. Cover meat; let stand 10 min.

Step 4

Slice meat; place on platter. Serve topped with cranberry sauce mixture.
