Ingredients

2  cups

butter, softened

- cup

icing sugar

3-1/2 cups

all purpose flour

1/2  cup

corn starch

1 pkg

(170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

1  cup

pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped

- cup

icing sugar


Instructions

Step 1

BEAT butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Stir in flour & corn starch, then chocolate & pecans.

Step 2

ROLL dough into 1 in. (2.5 cm) balls & place on ungreased baking sheets.

Step 3

BAKE for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C) or until lightly browned; cool. Dust lightly with icing sugar. Store in air-tight container.
