Ingredients

1 lb

(500 g) lean ground beef

1 

green pepper and onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup

water

4 

hamburger buns


Instructions

Step 1

Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Stir in barbecue sauce, water and Cheez Whiz; cook 2 min. or until Cheez Whiz is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, toast cut sides of buns.

Step 3

Fill buns with meat mixture just before serving.
