(675 g) extra-lean ground beef

1 small

onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup

dry bread crumbs

1/4 tsp

pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce for later use. Mix remaining sauce with all remaining ingredients just until blended.

Step 3

Roll into 1-inch balls; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake 30 min.

Step 5

Transfer meatballs to casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with reserved barbecue sauce.

Step 6

Bake 10 to 15 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF).
