Ingredients

2 

navel oranges

2/3 cup

boiling water


Instructions

Step 1

Cut oranges crosswise in half. Use paring knife to cut around inside edge of each orange half to loosen fruit; remove fruit. Reserve for snacking or another use. Place orange shells, cut sides up, in muffin pan cups.

Step 2

Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved; spoon into orange shells.

Step 3

Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Carefully cut each filled orange cup into 3 wedges. Insert a paper sail into jelly in each wedge to resemble sailboat.
