Ingredients

3-3/4 cups

flour

2 tsp

baking soda

1-1/2 cups

butter, softened

3/4 cup

granulated sugar

1/2 cup

packed brown sugar

eggs

Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled

1 pkg

(170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup

chopped pecans


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.

Step 3

Divide dough in half; place in separate bowls. Add melted chocolate to dough in one bowl; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Add peanut butter to dough in second bowl; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 4

Place 1 tsp. of flavour dough, side-by-side, on baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between doughs for each cookie.

Step 5

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
