Ingredients

9 

graham wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)

1/4 cup

butter, melted

1 pkg

(170 g ) Baker's White Chocolate, divided

2 oz

(1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake 10 min.; cool.

Step 4

Microwave peanut butter and 4 oz. white chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2-1/2 min. or until completely melted, stirring after each minute. Add marshmallow creme; mix well. Spread carefully over crust.

Step 5

Place semi-sweet chocolate and remaining white chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until chocolates are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min. Spread over peanut butter layer.

Step 6

Refrigerate 1 hour.
