Ingredients

Magic Baking Powder

1 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

butter, softened

1/2 cup

granulated sugar

1/2 cup

packed brown sugar

eggs

1/2 cup

candy-coated chocolate pieces, divided


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces.

Step 3

Shape dough into 32 balls, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.

Step 4

Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. Top with remaining chocolate pieces; press gently into dough to secure.

Step 5

Bake 11 to 13 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
