    Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing

  • 3/4

    (340 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

  • 1

    tbsp

    grated gingerroot

  • 1/2

    lb

    (225 g) snow peas, trimmed

  • 1

    red pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 1

    tbsp

    reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 2

    tbsp

    Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 2

    green onions, sliced

  • 1

    tbsp

    sesame seed


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and ginger; cook 4 to 5 min. or just until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Add peas and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.

  3. Step 3

    Spoon shrimp mixture to one side of skillet. Add soy sauce and peanut butter to other side of skillet; cook until peanut butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Combine all ingredients in skillet; top with onions and sesame seed.

  4. Step 4

    Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with shrimp mixture.
