turkey scallopini (thinly sliced turkey breast)
3/4 cup
coarsely grated Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup
chunky salsa
Instructions
Step 1
EMPTY coating mix onto a pie plate. Moisten turkey with water. Shake off excess. Coat with coating mix.
Step 2
PLACE 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cheese on top of each turkey cutlet. Top with a spoonful of salsa. Roll up and place seam side down on a shallow foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 3
BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with additional salsa.
