whole roasting chickens (2-1/2 lb./1.1 kg each)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat chickens with coating mix. Place, side by side, in roasting pan.
Step 2
Bake 1 hour or until chickens are cooked through (170°F) and juices run clear.
Step 3
Serve with roasted potato wedges and your favourite cooked vegetables.
