Ingredients

1 can

(10 oz/284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2  cup

sour cream

2  cups

frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, beans, peas)

2  cups

chopped cooked turkey

2 

green onions, sliced

1  cup

hot water

1/4  cup

butter, melted


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Mix soup and sour cream in large bowl. Stir in next 3 ingredients; spoon into 2-L casserole dish.

Step 3

Stir stuffing mix, water and butter just until moistened; spoon over turkey mixture.

Step 4

Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
