Ingredients

1 lb

(450 g) extra-lean ground beef

2 cups

frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)

1-1/2 cups

Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Step 2

Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

Step 3

Combine meat and barbecue sauce; spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spay. Top with vegetables, cheese and stuffing.

Step 4

Bake 15 min. or until heated through.
