Ingredients
1/2 cup
water
1 tbsp
non-hydrogenated margarine
1 can
(235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water and margarine to boil in small saucepan. Add stuffing mix; cover. Let stand 5 min.; fluff with fork. Cool completely.
Step 2
Unroll dough onto cutting board; firmly press perforations and seams together to seal. Press into 14x10-inch rectangle. Spread with cream cheese; top with stuffing and cranberries. Roll up, starting at one short side of rectangle.
Step 3
Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 4
Heat oven to 375°F. Cut roll-up into 20 slices; place, cut sides down and 2 inches apart, on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Step 5
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown.
