Ingredients

Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product

1/2 cup

skim milk

frozen potato and cheddar cheese pierogies

1-1/2 cups

chopped cooked reduced-sodium ham

1 cup

frozen peas

1/2 cup

Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese product and milk; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Step 3

Combine pierogies, ham and peas in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; toss lightly with cream cheese sauce and top with shredded cheese.

Step 4

Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
