Ingredients

    Pure J.L. KRAFT Pomegranate Zaatar Dressing & Marinade

  • 1

    small cauliflower

  • 1

    bunch

    black kale

  • 1

    cup

    pomegranate seeds

  • 1/4

    cup

    pine nuts, toasted

  • 2

    tbsp

    coconut oil

  • 1

    tbsp

    chopped fresh parsley

  • 1

    tbsp

    finely chopped fresh mint

  • 2

    tbsp

    zaatar spice


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Slice cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl with Pomegranate Zaatar Dressing & Marinade and zaatar spice and toss. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place cauliflower into a preheated oven at 400°F and roast for 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Roughly chop black kale. Heat a large skillet to medium high with coconut oil. Add kale and sauté for about 2 minutes or until tender.Transfer cooked kale to a large bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Remove cauliflower from oven and add to kale along with the remaining ingredients. Toss and divide onto serving plates and finish with adrizzle of Pomegranate Zaatar Dressing & Marinade.
