Ingredients

Pure J.L. KRAFT Fig Balsamic Dressing & Marinade

heirloom carrots

1/2 cup

walnut pieces, roasted

1/2 cup

feta cheese, crumbled

2  

watermelon radishes, sliced thin

2 tbsp

chopped parsley

2  

dried fig, medium dice

2 

fresh figs, quartered

1 cup

mixed micro sprouts


Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots into ribbons using a horizontal vegetable peeler.

Step 2

Place carrot ribbons and the remaining ingredients into a bowl, gently mix in the Fig Balsamic Dressing & Marinade and serve.
