These truly fully loaded nachos get their delicious smoky finish from the chipotle Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

    garlic, minced

    chili powder

  • 1/2

    tsp

    dried oregano leaves and ground cumin

  • 1/4

    black pepper

  • 1/2

    cup

    salsa

  • 1

    (380 g) tortilla chips

  • 2

    Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

  • 1/3

    cup

    Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

  • 1/4

    cup

    sliced black olives

  • 1

    jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped

  • 1/2

    cup

    finely chopped tomatoes

  • 2

    green onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2

    Renée's Chipotle Caesar Dressing


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Cook ground beef, garlic and dry seasonings in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

  2. Step 2

    Heat broiler. Spread tortilla chips onto large rimmed baking sheet; top with meat mixture, cheese, bacon bits, olives and jalapeño peppers.

  3. Step 3

    Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients.
