Ingredients

    (45 mL) fresh lime juice, divided

    tilapia fillets (about 5)

    (420 g) TACO BELL® Soft Taco Cravings Kit

  • 1/3

    cup

    (75 mL) KRAFT® Coleslaw Dressing

  • 3

    tbsp

    (45 mL) chopped fresh cilantro, divided

  • 3

    cups

    (750 mL) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

  • 1/2

    cup

    (125 mL) Mexican-style finely shredded four cheese

  • 1/4

    cup

    TACO BELL® Baja Sauce


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Reserve 2 Tbsp. lime juice for later use.  Brush remaining lime juice evenly onto both sides of fish. 

    Sprinkle with Taco Seasoning Mix.

  2. Step 2

    Cook fish in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 to 3-1/2 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, drizzling fish with 1 Tbsp. of the reserved lime juice for the last minute of the cooking time.

  3. Step 3

    Meanwhile, mix TACO BELL® Mild Sauce with coleslaw dressing, remaining lime juice and 1 Tbsp. of the cilantro. Add to coleslaw blend in medium bowl; mix lightly.

  4. Step 4

    Warm Tortillas as directed on package.  Use fork to flake fish into bite-size pieces. 

  5. Step 5

    Top tortillas with coleslaw, fish and cheese. Drizzle with Baja sauce, then sprinkle with remaining cilantro.

    TIP:

    Great Substitute: Substitute TACO BELL® Chipotle Sauce for the Baja sauce.
