Ingredients
1 cup
butter
2 tbsp
light corn syrup
8 cups
icing sugar
1-1/2 cups
chopped pecans
1 tbsp
vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil; set aside. Place Velveeta, butter, chocolate and corn syrup in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min. Add sugar, in batches, beating with electric mixer on medium speed after each addition until well blended.
Step 2
Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top with spatula; cover.
Step 3
Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Cut into 48 (1-1/2-inch) squares.
